What’s included, and what’s extra?
The Starter works on your Wi‑Fi with no hub: one light and one fan on your phone, on timers and by voice. It needs a neutral wire at the switchboard, which we check before fitting. Each extra light + fan pair is ₹4,499. Smart Room covers a bedroom and its bathroom, with the hub for the bathroom sensor.
Every home package includes the smart hub, fitting by our team, setting up the app on your phone and a walkthrough before we leave. Each bedroom gets 2 lights and a fan; the living room 2 lights and a fan; the kitchen a light and the exhaust; the bathroom a light that turns on by itself and the exhaust. A “light” can be one light or a group of lights on one switch: six spotlights on one switch count as one. A smart scene does several things with one tap, like switching off the lights you choose at bedtime.
Prices assume your existing wiring and switchboards can be used and your Wi‑Fi reaches the rooms. Any new wiring or wall work is quoted separately. Custom packages are available. Need more lights or devices? We quote them separately. Bigger than 4BHK? We plan a custom quote.
Bulbs, light fittings and switch plates are not included. Fans switch on and off from your phone; speed stays on your regulator unless you add fan speed control. Security cameras, curtains and the water heater are added on request and priced after a site check. Smart door locks are quoted separately. Alexa, Google Home and Apple Home are set up on request; Apple Home needs a HomePod or Apple TV at home.
Every package lets you switch one water motor on and off from your phone. Your existing starter and protection stay in place; if your motor needs an extra starter switch, we quote it separately. Automatic tank filling is not included.
